The parties
These terms are between the company identified above and the person who uses the İlcan TV app or buys a licence for it. By installing and using the app you accept them.
What we sell
What we sell is a software licence. We do not sell, provide, host or broker any content.
The app is a player that runs on details you obtained from your own IPTV provider. Which channels and titles you can see depends entirely on that provider and is outside our control.
What the licence covers
- A licence is for one device and does not expire.
- It is for personal, household use. Commercial use (a hotel, a café, a business) requires a separate agreement.
- When you replace your device you can move the licence from the transfer page. That right is limited to prevent abuse: there is a waiting period between moves, and the first 48 hours after purchase are exempt from it.
- You may not sell, rent or transfer the licence to anyone else.
What you may not do
Breaching these is grounds for revoking the licence, and no refund is due where a licence is revoked for breach.
- Share, sell or publish your licence key.
- Attempt to bypass the licence check, modify the app for that purpose, or distribute a modified copy.
- Use the app to access unlawful streams.
- Send automated or excessive requests to our servers.
Who is responsible for the content
You are responsible for the provider details you enter into the app and for whether watching that provider’s streams is lawful where you live.
We do not know, and cannot know, whether the source you use holds the broadcasting rights; the app does not send us that information. Where we learn that an unlawful source is being used, we reserve the right to revoke the licence concerned.
The free trial
The app runs free on your device for seven days. The trial asks for no card details, ends by itself and does not turn into a paid subscription. It is tied to the device and cannot be started twice on the same one.
Availability
The app needs its licence checked, and that check happens on our servers. We do not promise uninterrupted service, but an outage should not shut you out of your own TV: the check stays valid offline, so if the server cannot be reached the app keeps working for several days on the last valid check.
Whether the app can be downloaded from a given store depends on decisions by Samsung, LG, Amazon and Google, which are outside our control.
Updates and changes
We keep developing the app and updates cost nothing extra. We may have to remove a feature — usually because a platform or a third-party service changed. If a change materially reduces the core function of the product, we will tell you.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using your licence whenever you like. If you want your money back, the refund policy page sets out the terms.
We may revoke a licence for a breach of these terms. The decision and its reason are recorded, and told to you on request.
Limits on our liability
The software is supplied “as is”. We are not responsible for your provider’s stream quality, outages or content.
Our liability is in every case limited to the licence fee you paid. That limit does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. As a consumer you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
